These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 33ko platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the 33ko website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out in this document. Please read carefully before using 33ko.
33ko is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit, or wager. Age verification may be requested at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be permanently closed.
All deposits and withdrawals on 33ko are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other supported local payment methods. No currency conversion fees are applied by the Platform.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on 33ko. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate suspension. All associated balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33ko login credentials. The Platform will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a Player's failure to secure their credentials.

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the 33ko website, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services provided by the Platform (collectively, "33ko" or "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the site without regist ering an account.
By accessing 33ko, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. 33ko reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 33ko Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

- You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform, nor have you been subject to a Platform-initiated account suspension or permanent ban that remains in effect.

Age Verification
33ko reserves the right to request proof of age from any registered account holder at any time. Acceptable forms of age verification include a valid national identity document, passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification is requested, the account may be suspended pending receipt and review of the requested documentation. If verification confirms that the account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

Account Registration
To access the full range of services on 33ko, including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings, you must create a registered account. Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.
Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 33ko. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 33ko reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances across those accounts at its sole discretion, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
Account Credentials & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 33ko account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 33ko will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the Platform immediately by contacting [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Account Verification
33ko may, at any time, require you to complete an account verification process before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activations. Verification may include submission of identity documents, proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by the Platform may result in account suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 33ko are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits
Deposits are credited to your 33ko gaming balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and are displayed within the deposit section of your account. 33ko does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; however, players should be aware that their mobile wallet or bank provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 33ko accepts no responsibility.
All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 33ko reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts and to suspend any account from which third-party funding is detected.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements being satisfied. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash & Nagad: Typically processed within a few hours of approval, subject to verification status.
- Rocket & Upay: Typically processed within the same business day of approval.
- Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank): Processing may take up to two business days from approval.
33ko reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where the account has an unresolved responsible gaming restriction, a pending bonus wagering requirement, or an active fraud investigation.
Currency & Exchange
33ko operates exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by the Platform. The amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your gaming balance. The amount you request in a withdrawal is the amount transmitted to your designated payment account, subject to any processing confirmation from the payment provider.
Bonuses & Promotions
33ko may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only. 33ko reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
- Bonuses may have an expiry period. Any bonus funds or associated free wagers not used within the stated validity window will be removed from the account automatically.
- 33ko reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such withdrawal does not unfairly affect the position of players who have already accepted the relevant offer and are actively working through its wagering requirements.
Bonus Abuse
33ko operates active monitoring for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; use of coordinated wagering strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay; and collusion with other players to satisfy wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is identified, 33ko reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently ban the individual from future promotions or from the Platform entirely.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on 33ko, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of your agreement with 33ko:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
- Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, including but not limited to automated betting systems, game-play bots, and scraping tools.
- Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors in a manner that the Platform has not sanctioned. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price or malfunction are void and will not be paid out.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.
- Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, financial fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Allowing any third party to access or operate your 33ko account, including sharing credentials with family members or associates.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 33ko platform, its software, or its security systems.
- Posting, transmitting, or distributing unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content through any communication feature made available on the Platform.
33ko reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban from the Platform, without prior notice and without liability to the Player.
Account Suspension & Closure
Platform-Initiated Suspension
33ko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account has been used in breach of these Terms; the account holder has provided false information; suspicious financial activity has been detected; or the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email within a reasonable timeframe. Any balance held in a suspended account will be frozen during the investigation period. Where the investigation concludes that a material breach has occurred, 33ko reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the frozen balance in proportion to the nature and extent of the breach.
Player-Initiated Closure
Players who wish to close their 33ko account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Upon receipt of a closure request, 33ko will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining balance to the player's registered payment method, provided that all verification requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to bonus funds in the balance.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the 33ko support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be locked against deposits and gameplay. Players who are self-excluded should not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account; any such attempts will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 33ko reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts or to close them at its discretion, following reasonable notification to the registered contact details associated with the account. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be returned to the player upon request, subject to successful verification.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 33ko, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of gaming funds resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
- Losses arising from a player's reliance on information displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, provided that the Platform takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of the error.
- Any loss of opportunity, loss of enjoyment, or consequential financial loss connected with the use of or inability to use the Platform.
Platform Availability
33ko endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond the Platform's control — including but not limited to telecommunications outages, payment provider downtime, and force majeure events — may result in temporary service unavailability. 33ko will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance via the Platform's website.
Game Integrity & Fairness
All casino games available on 33ko are provided by internationally recognised third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. These providers operate games under independent certification and random number generator (RNG) auditing. 33ko does not operate or control the underlying game software and therefore cannot accept liability for game outcomes. Any disputes regarding specific game outcomes should be raised first with 33ko support and may be escalated to the relevant game provider where applicable.
Amendments to Terms
33ko reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should close their account and withdraw their balance before the effective date of the changes.
